(The Wave Muscat)
Al Mouj Muscat (the Wave Muscat) is the first mixed-use masterplanned waterfront community in Oman. Our design of its outdoor spaces included residential courtyards, a marina promenade, streetscapes and a cultural precinct.
Throughout the community is an attractive network of green open space. It’s also a highly walkable space, with street trees providing shade along the footpaths and garden beds adding greenery.
Back from the street are residential courtyards within each cluster of apartment buildings. Here residents have semi-private spaces to relax in and enjoy time around the swimming pool.
