Our design for a landscape podium linking 11 residential apartment towers provides green open spaces and adds privacy between apartment terraces and communal spaces.

Our design for the streets and parks of this 55 hectare residential community has earned Semmer Villas the reputation of being a place to live with good quality outdoor spaces and safe for walking and cycling. We decreased driving speeds by reducing road widths and planting street trees close the curbs.

Our design for a 300m long landscape podium provided play spaces, swimming pools, and s sports court for the people living in three apartment towers and guests staying at the hotel in the fourth tower.
