We recently embarked on a ground-breaking initiative; we’ve signed an agreement with an AI artist, harnessing their skills and expertise to tailor workflows specific to landscape architecture. This venture promises to be an exhilarating collaboration, pushing boundaries and just plain smashing the way we have always done things.
Our collaboration’s primary objective is to develop AI workflows to generate and manipulate images to boost our design process’s creative and operational aspects. From transforming simple line drawings into richer graphical formats, this technology has the potential to revolutionise the way we visualize design.
We are working on workflows to create and adapt landscape characters to basic wireframe landscape perspectives, to quickly generate comprehensive options at the early design stage. Whether it’s an urban waterfront or a desert park, we aim to create distinct aesthetic renderings that capture the specific project’s identity and sense of place.
Our workflows will also introduce the selective addition or removal of subjects in images, allowing for greater flexibility in design modifications. Additionally, we’ll use AI to fine tune our landscape architectural design ideas.
We are also documenting these workflows in a comprehensive manual. Whether in text, images, or video, this resource will streamline the adaptation of AI within our operations.
